Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

Overview

boringgame.org is a collection of tiny browser games. We keep things simple — no accounts, no logins, no tracking. This page explains what little data touches your device when you play.

Data We Collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information. We do not run advertising networks or sell data to third parties.

Game state (e.g. your current session progress) may be saved in your browser's localStorage so the game works across page refreshes. This data never leaves your device.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (such as page view counts) to understand which games people enjoy. No cookies are used for this purpose and no individual user is identified or tracked.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Some browsers may store technical session data automatically; this is standard browser behavior and contains nothing personal.

Third-Party Services

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may log basic request metadata (IP address, browser type) for security and infrastructure purposes. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

Children's Privacy

Our games are designed to be family-friendly. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
